Keep moving. Stop losing ground.

Most founders reach real clarity at some point — they know what they're building, they have a plan.

Building it alone makes that harder than it needs to be.

Why it stalls

Then the weeks pass. Not because the plan was wrong or the ambition faded, but because running a business alone is relentless, and there's nothing in place to keep the important work moving consistently.

How it works

Once a month, eight to ten founders meet in person. You say what you focused on last month and what actually moved. You hear the same from people dealing with recognisably similar problems. You commit to what matters most in the next thirty days.

Each session also includes a short, practical piece on something that actually affects businesses at this stage — finding clients through relationships rather than ad spend, pricing with confidence, protecting time for the work that builds the business rather than just keeps it running.

Is this for you?

It's not networking — no elevator pitches, no card swapping. It's not coaching or mentoring, and nobody tells you what to do with your business. It's a structured space that makes consistent progress more achievable, and building a business considerably less isolated.

This works well if you're actively trading, roughly clear on what you're building, and want more consistency than you're currently getting.

Monthly ninety-minute sessions, a short written update before each one, minimum three-month commitment.
